The COMENSA Administrator

| |
| The COMENSA Administrator plays a central role within the organisation as she has the most direct contact with existing and new members. Furthermore, she also answers queries, and directs enquiries to the correct person within the organisation. |

| Briefly, the Administrator is responsible for the following tasks: |
- New Members: receiving, checking and processing new member applications;
- Existing Members: invoicing, following up on non-payment, recording payment, receipting and processing member renewals, resingations and suspensions;
- E-mails: receiving and replying to e-mails from the following e-mail addresses: info@comensa.org.za, members@comensa.org.za and administrator@comensa.org.za;
- COMENSA Database and Archive: keeping it up to date;
- Sending out bulk-email for COMENSA Bulletins, COMENSA Chronicles, and National and Chapter Event Notifications;
- Executive Committee: Attendance of Webinars, Telecoms and/or face-to-face meetings and taking Minutes and transcribing meetings; updating ExCo Action List;
- Executive Committee: uploading documents into ExCo repository when necessary;
- Management Reports: generating and distributing monthly reports to Executive Committee;
- Website: Verifying Members' website registrations and supporting Members where necessary in this process;
- Website: Uploading National and Chapter events onto COMENSA website Events calendar;
- Telephone: Answering COMENSA calls and dealing with Member and non-Member queries.
- Financials: Keeping up to date record of all financial transactions on National Current Account or doing all audit queries.
- Uploading, Audit Report and verification of all expense claims and monthly invoices for service providers.
- Attendance of Telecoms, Webinars and/or face-to-face meetings with Syncrony, BAN & PSD from time to time.
